Engineered to provide a gentler cycle and superior paint handling, this kit replaces the stock internals to give you a smoother, more consistent shooting experience. Whether you are looking for maximum air efficiency or the softest shot possible, the included dual-spring options put the tuning in your hands.

• Enhanced Reliability: The Main Valve Seal has been moved from the Valve Stem to the Bolt Guide. This allows for a larger, static valve seal that improves both airflow and long-term reliability.

Installation & Compatibility:

• Direct Fit: Designed specifically for the DLX Luxe Idol.

• TM40 Compatible: This kit will function in the Luxe TM40. Note: It is slightly shorter than the stock TM40 engine; while rollback is unlikely to cause failure, it is a factor to consider for TM40 users.

Engine has been retimed
Main Valve Seal has been moved from the Valve Stem into the Bolt Guide.

This allows for a larger, more reliable, static valve seal to be used. Which improved reliability and air flow.

Comes with two options for Valve Springs. Gold for those wanting greater efficiency, and Silver for those wanting a softer shot. 
 

Installation: 

Unscrew the Stock Idol Bolt from the Rear Can (Tail cover)
Remove the Stock Valve Switch and Valve Spring from the Rear Can (Tail cover)
Lightly Grease and install the new Valve Switch into the Rear Can (Tail cover) with cavity facing you. 
Install the Valve Spring onto the Valve Stem. The spring will slightly force fit onto the spring guide within the Valve Stem. This retains the spring into the Valve Stem to prevent falling off during maintenance. The Silver Spring will give a slightly softer shot while the Gold Spring will gear more towards efficiency. 
Ensure the entire engine is lubricated well and install into the Rear Can (Tail Cover)
