Order Processing & Cutoff Times
We strive to get your gear to you as quickly as possible. Most orders ship the same day they are placed.

Daily Cutoff: 3:00 PM PST.

Shipping Days: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

Closed Days: Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday (plus major holidays).

Note: Orders placed after 3:00 PM PST or on days we are closed will ship on the following business day.
Domestic Shipping (USA)

Free Shipping: Available on all domestic orders of $50.00 or more.

Upgraded Shipping: USPS Priority options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

Transit Times: Delivery estimates for upgraded shipping are quoted in business days from the date the package leaves our facility, not the date the order was placed.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately.

We will file an official investigation/claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf.

Refunds or replacements cannot be issued until the carrier provides a definitive resolution to the investigation.
Pre-Orders & International Shipping

Pre-Orders: Items marked as "Pre-Order" will ship as soon as stock becomes available.

International Shipping: We currently do not ship outside of the United States.
